RETURNS

At hjem/home we understand there may be a time when the product you’ve ordered just isn’t right and you will want to return the item for a refund.

We’d like to make this process as simple as possible for you so below is a few steps to follow.

For you

  1. Email returns@hjemhome.com with your name, order number and reason for return

  2. Pack your unused items into the original packaging (where possible) and return to:

  3.  

    Once received your payment will be refunded excluding any shipping costs*

What we ask of you

  1. Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order as return requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

  2. Please ensure all labels are attached and goods are returned in the same condition as received.

 

Faulty goods

  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.

  • Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if your item has been delivered in a faulty state.

  • Any requests placed outside of this time frame may not qualify for a refund.

  • We will happily process an exchange for any faulty item received and if the item is unavailable, will action a full refund.

* If your item is faulty we will refund your return shipping once your item is received.
